How to effectively straighten your teeth

• Wear your clear aligners for 22 hours per day
• Remove them to eat, drink, play sports, go to the gym
• Brush teeth before reinserting your aligners
• Rinse aligners with warm water before reinserting. We suggest also using an ultrasonic cleaner for best results.
