Return Policy

To ensure transparency and consistency, please read the following carefully regarding refunds and our cancellation policy; 
Returns Eligibility: 
At PAYG Aligners, we provide a bespoke service tailored to each individual patient.  Our service is non-refundable, including if you are to pay by finance, once your order has  been placed. We thoroughly encourage you to consider your decision before scheduling an  appointment. 
You have 14 days from the date you accept our Terms and Conditions to let us  know that you wish to cancel. You must do so in written form to 
hello@paygaligners.co.uk If you notify us during this time, you will not be charged  for your treatment.  
The Refund will be for full amount, minus any cost for impression kit (£29 each) if used, and  treatment plan (£100 each) if generated. 
Impression Kits: 
We apply a standard charge of £29 per kit to replace any failed, lost or damaged  impression kits. We advise patients to carefully follow the instructions provided and not  rush this stage of the process. We supply an instructional video and impression guide with  each kit and encourage you to study this multiple times before taking your impressions.  We also supply a WhatsApp contact to verify if impressions will pass. If photos are not  sent, any potential refunds for continuous impression kit failures will be invalid. 
Aligners 
If you believe any clear aligner is faulty, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving them. - 
Each aligner is custom made, and aligners in production and/or manufactured aligners are  not eligible for a return or refund. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with the  results after completing your treatment, we are happy to work with you to determine what  the issue may be and will help you achieve the results of your original treatment plan. 
You may be required to file or trim your aligner; you are responsible for ensuring that you do  not damage it as there is a charge for replacements. If you’re unsure on how to adjust your  aligners, please contact us before attempting to do so.
Treatment Plans 
We create a bespoke treatment plan for each patient. By accepting the Terms &  Conditions, you acknowledge that the treatment plan is custom-made. Due to the  personalised nature of this service, the creation of the treatment plan is non-refundable,  even if the plan is not accepted or treatment is not pursued. 
We can provide revisions if the plan isn’t to your liking, however, by agreeing to the terms  and conditions, you accept that because this is an at home service, major modifications  may require IPR and attachments, something PAYG Aligners doesn’t supply.
